JMI Digibazar was made up of 4 distinct components. Below you have a short overview of each of them and to know more just click the links below them.

Early in 2023 we launched a questionaire to establish the level of digital readiness within the European music institutions. The idea was to identify the needs & gaps that need to be addressed in order to secure sectorial recovery and future resilience.

We created a set of new features on Mubazar coupled within an all new "Impact Centre", providing music professionals with new tools to gain insight and understanding around the impact of their activities.

THE PROJECT

1. Music Sector Survey

In 2023 we surveyed and interviewed over 100 European music organisations including some of its largest institutional networks. The outcomes have been published in a paper that hope to shed light on the state of our art.

3. The JMI Digibazar Summit:

Exploring the future of music & tech

Coming together in Gent, Belgium from the 15th to the 18th of October 2023 where representatives of 13 of Europe's largest music networks along side 4 music-tech experts to discuss current trends and future opportunities within the music sector in Europe.

4. Introducing Mubazar Insights

Through the support of the Muisicaire programme, we have been able to develop a Mubazar Impact centre where music professionals are able to monitor the impact of their activites and better understand their audiences
